More Info & RSVP

Even before COVID-19, Durham was a hotspot for evictions, with more than 9000 evictions filed every year. But with COVID-19 now a factor, renters are facing an even greater crisis. Join us for this virtual event to hear about how tenants are organizing to assert their rights during this crisis, and what can be done to support housing justice in our communities.

Panelists from DataWorks NC, the Eviction Diversion Program/the Duke Civil Justice Clinic and Bull City Tenants United.

Learn about the current situation in Durham, what rights tenants truly have, the CDC moratorium and what you can do to make a difference in the fight for affordable housing!

TO REGISTER: Email slporter@dconc.gov or visit https://events.durhamcountylibrary.org/event/4637372.You will be emailed the zoom link the day of the event.
